COVID-19 Policy

Over the past year, our community and world had no other option than to rapidly adapt to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team mirrored this flexibility within our own office to accommodate the safety of our clients and to continue providing top-notch legal services to you in new and innovative ways.

In the process of learning to adapt, we forged a new path differing from the ways that legal services have traditionally been delivered and, at the same time, we discovered that we can actually provide excellent legal services in a more convenient, cost-effective, and safe manner.

As California begins to reopen, we do believe that we can continue to provide our clients with safe, cost-effective, convenient, and most importantly, quality legal services.  As of June 15, 2021, our firm will adapt to the newest circumstances once more, and will move forward with the following procedures in place:

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
We will continue to offer all virtual appointments by Zoom or telephone. If you are able to participate in a Zoom web conference, we strongly recommend this as these face-to-face video conferences allow us to interact and share documents.  You can schedule an appointment any time on MyNapaLawyer.as.me

IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS
We will be offering in-office appointments under limited circumstances and reserved only for activities that cannot be reasonably conducted through web conference or phone meeting (such as signing documents that require a wet signature or a notary present).  Eventually, we will start seeing people in-office again upon request, but we have not yet decided when or under which circumstances.  While we understand some of our clients would prefer to meet in person right now, we also want to make sure that our staff feels safe coming to work, especially considering that almost everyone in our office has young kids that are not allowed to get vaccinated yet.

FACE MASKS
Please note, we will still require everyone to use face masks upon entering our office.

DOCUMENT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
We understand that at times we will need to collect documents from you to handle your case.  If we do NOT need the original documents, we invite you to upload your documents on our Client Portal.  If we do need original documents, you are welcome to drop them off at the Coldwell Banker reception area Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we will be taking to keep you and every client safe at Rose Law Firm of Napa Valley.

We are excited to see California move back to normal, and we look forward to welcoming back our clients, neighbors, and friends.
