CALIFORNIA STATUTORY PROBATE FEES AND COMMISSIONS
(PROBATE CODE SECTIONS 10800 & 10810)
The personal representative (executor or administrator) handling the probate of an estate AND the attorney representing the personal representative are each entitled to the statutory fees shown on this schedule.
Extraordinary Fees: If extraordinary services (such as, sale of real property) are performed by either the personal representative or the attorney, the Court, at its discretion, may also award each additional fee that is reasonable for the services provided.
Other Costs: In addition, there will be court filing fees, bond premiums, publication fees, etc.
